  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes, we ship internationally from New Zealand. While most shipments arrive within 14-21 business days, please be aware that customs processes may vary by country, potentially affecting delivery times. We're here to help estimate shipping times for your international orders.
  • What does your shipping policy include?
    We offer fully insured, complimentary shipping on all purchases. Your jewellery is meticulously packaged in discreet, unmarked packages that reveal an exquisite presentation box upon opening, ensuring it arrives in impeccable condition.
  • What should I know about customs charges?
    Please note that all items are registered and insured for their full value. However, Inspired Jewels is not liable for any additional tax, duty, or customs charges that may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local post office for specific information on fees/tariffs. If a package is not retrieved due to refusal to pay customs charges, we cannot offer refunds.
  • Who covers the cost of return shipping?
    We cover return shipping costs within New Zealand if the item is faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or reimburse international return shipping costs or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Certain promotions may specify that an item is non-returnable. This will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please note that this excludes items made or ordered to your specific requirements, personalized items, and Inspired Jewels Gift Cards. Items must be returned in original packaging with all associated documentation.
  • What if my item is faulty?
    In compliance with The Consumer Rights Act, we ensure all goods are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your items are faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the situation.
  • How do I return an item?
    To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Ensure that the item is unworn and returned within 30 days. We offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are considered final after 30 days.
  • What happens after I return an item?
    Upon receipt, your item will undergo an inspection to ensure it is in its original condition and authentic. After acceptance, we issue a full refund within 3 days.
  • What does the Inspired Jewels guarantee cover?
    Inspired Jewels guarantees our jewellery against manufacturing defects. This guarantee is honoured by us and is in addition to your statutory rights. However, it does not cover general wear and tear, resizing, accidental damage, or services such as polishing and plating.
  • How can I report a problem with my product?
    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you've received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us immediately at hello@inspiredjewels.co.nz. We will be in touch to confirm your return and address any issues.
  • What is the warranty period for Inspired Jewels products?
    We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on every jewel from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures your piece is protected against manufacturing defects.
  • Are there any guidelines for wearing and storing my jewellery?
    Yes, to ensure your jewellery remains in peak condition: Remove your jewellery for heavy work, such as gardening or sports, to minimize knocks and bumps. Store your jewellery in a case to prevent scratches. Avoid wearing your jewellery during domestic work; harsh chemicals can damage porous gemstones like opals, pearls, and emeralds, and grime can reduce the sparkle of diamonds.
  • What should I do if my jewellery is damaged?
    If your jewellery is accidentally damaged or you suspect it might be, please contact us as soon as possible. It's best to stop wearing the piece until it can be examined by a jeweller. Our jewellers can check your jewellery for signs of damage and attend to any necessary repairs for you.
  • How should I care for my Inspired Jewels piece?
    Your Inspired Jewel is designed to be long-lasting and treasured for generations. We recommend a clean and check by us or a qualified jeweller every six months—and once in the first three months—to maintain its condition.
